With an ethos that underlines a love of good, honest food, all the ingredients used in the pizzeria are fresh, organic and sourced from carefully selected Italian producers, and what makes the pizza dough so special is that it is left to prove for more than 24 hours before it is kneaded for one final time and then gently stretched out to provide the base for any one of the many choices of toppings that guarantee that every ZAZA’ pizza provides an irresistible taste bud explosion.
